The collection of artifacts from the Mesolithic era is unique. The highlight of the exhibition was a diorama depicting a scene of ancient hunters worshiping the divine image of a bull.
An incredible collection has a stand about the Scythians, where you can see how the local territories were settled by the Scythian tribes, as well as what legacy they left for descendants. Among the most interesting exhibits are molded utensils, gold objects (jewelry, weapons, etc.).
Visitors are also invited to learn about the life of the Sarmatian nomads, Turkic tribes who inhabited the Black Sea region.
The next room will tell about the annexation of the lands lying north of Perekop to the Russian Empire. There are also documents on the formation of the Tauride region with the Melitopol district included in it, clothes and household items of the first inhabitants of the new subject.
Other expositions include an exhibition dedicated to the abolition of serfdom, the revolutionary and Soviet period, the Civil War, the First World War and the Great Patriotic War, the death of the leader of the proletariat V.I.
