About the history of our city, a lot of cans tell its streets. The first and main street of the village Nikolsky was Large (later named Nicholas). Almost simultaneously with the formed cross streets: Astrakhan (Sibirtseva), Nazarenkova (Lazo) and Korsakov (Timiryazeva), began to be built Michurinskoye (Kalinin). At the beginning of 1880-x years new street: Khabarovsk (Lenin), Senatorska (Chicherin), Tabloid (Ageeva). Some streets were renamed in honor of respected people of the new era: Lenin, Timiryazeva, Blucher, Kalinina, Polushkina, and others. Yes, and the city in 1935 was named Voroshilov (until 1957). Ageev, who in January 1936 he distinguished himself in the border battle at the Maritime state border. 30 Jan 1936, two companies of Sino-Manchu violated the Soviet border a mile in the area honeydew Mescheryakovskiy.
