Uchkuevka is not considered a popular location among tourists. Although in recent years this place has begun to actively develop the sphere of cultural leisure, tourist infrastructure. This is confirmed by the new multifunctional park, built in 2019.
It replaced the wilderness area with weeds, dry trees and shrubs that used to be there, turning it into a cultural and recreational environment, a landscaped path to the sea and a large green area in an urban environment.
The territory of the park is divided into three zones. In the central one there is an observation deck, from where a stunning view of the Sevastopol Bay and its surroundings opens. It is located on the roof of the cafe and is made in the shape of a semicircle.
Two more zones are complexes of playgrounds for children, adolescents and adults.
For the older generation, a workout area with horizontal bars, outdoor exercise equipment, treadmills, a zipline with a variety of tracks, and pingpong tables are equipped.
A round playground has been created for kids with two complexes, including slides and swings. There is also a rope maze in the form of a stylized DNA molecule.
The next playground is suitable for children of all ages. There is a canopy with multi-colored circles made of translucent polycarbonate, to which a swing is attached.
Another site for visitors of all ages, has several levels with stairs, slopes, horizontal bars, a labyrinth slide. All tiers are interconnected by various play structures.
There is a teenage playground practically near the coast, where a playground with metal pipes-slides, swings, and a high-speed carousel are installed. In total, there are about 10 sites in the park with various equipment, which distinguishes this place from other similar sites in the city.
Other facilities on the territory of the complex include a concert venue with benches for spectators displayed in the form of an amphitheater, a cafe, a shed with swings and hammocks, a seasonal trade area, a picnic area (food court), a skate park with slides, a pump track for bicycles with unique tracks, which have no analogues either in Sevastopol or in Crimea.
For dog lovers, there is a walking area with training equipment in the park, and there is free parking near the fenced area.
According to the project, from early spring to late autumn, the park will be dotted with flowering plants. And when the trees are still young, it will be possible to hide here from the scorching sun.
