As already mentioned, Ordzhonikidze is located between two bays - Provato and Dvuyakornaya. The first, according to some versions, was named by the Genoese, who founded a port in this place. It overlooks 5 pebble beaches and several capes. Therefore, the rest here will be accompanied not only by comfortable sun and sea baths, but also by the contemplation of stunning landscapes.
Interestingly, according to some sources, "Provato" is translated as "private bath". Perhaps that is why most of the beaches of the bay are nudist.
Walking along the last of the 5 Provato headlands that separate the beaches, you should be prepared for the fact that you will have to get your feet wet. Passage through these places is possible only along the underwater ridge. The water in this area is very clean and clear, so those passing through here can see the footprints of people who passed before.
The second bay is Dvuyakornaya. It passes between the Tepe-Oba and Biyuk-Yanishar ridges for 7.5 km. The Biyuk-Yanishar ridge has long been chosen by speedgliders and paragliders for its special aerodynamics. However, climbing to the main summit is not suitable for a beginner. Almost at the very peak, the trail becomes very steep, and the height differences reach 150 m.
The name of the Dvuyakornaya bay, according to one version, comes from 2 anchors that sailors dropped to stop and maintain balance during a storm. And this is no accident. The bay is characterized by frequent storms and storms. In addition, the bottom is dotted with massive and sharp stones and shells. The beaches in Dvuyakornaya Bay are mainly used for walking and sunbathing. It also has its own nudist beach.
