Since Varnemunde is a suburb of Rostock, the easiest way to get to the resort is from there. From Rostock Station (Route 1 or No. 2) the S-Bahn train runs to the cul-de-sac of Warnemunde station, on the way 20 minutes. This is the most convenient and fastest way to get to the resort. You can buy a ticket for the train at the ticket office or at the vending machines located at the station. Before boarding the train, you must composte the ticket on the platform, fines for the unscored ticket of EUR 60.
You can drive to the resort from the port of Rostock, which is located on the right bank of the Varn River, crossing the river either by ferry in the Hohe Dune area or through the underground Varna Tunnel (A105). From the centre of Rostock, an An der Stadtautobahn.
