The webcam broadcasts online the beach of the resort of Warnemunde in Germany. Warnemunde Warnemunde is a popular resort and one of the districts of Rostock in the Mecklenburg region of northeastern Germany, located on the Baltic Sea coast 11 km north of the center of Rostock.

The sandy and clean beach of Warnemunde, which is about 3 km long, is home to tourists and holidaymakers from all over the country at weekends and in high season. The beach area is quite wide, so even with a large crowd of people there is enough room for rest. For modest tourists there is one drawback - the lack of locker rooms. Sea air and warm sand of course do their job, but it is impossible to say that the sea on Warnemunde Beach is absolutely calm (although in the Baltic it does not happen), small waves are still present.

Located near the town of Rostock, it used to be a quiet village with a large number of fishermen, and now one of the most famous beaches of the Baltic Sea. Although with the exception of souvenir shops, shops and restaurants in the city itself, little has changed - all the same cozy houses, leisurely and measured way of life and abundance of marine life.

You can get to Warnemunde by train from Rostock, the road is not long, the road takes about half an hour, or in a rented car, but with a ferry crossing the river. Snack, rent you can both in the city, and at the beach - fresh fish, fast food, beer or restaurants with traditional German cuisine - the infrastructure in the city is developed quite well, and entertainment and accommodation can be picked up for any purse.

From the local attractions be sure to look at the drawbridge at the old canal, a lighthouse with an observation deck, the church of evangelists and of course the promenade along the embankment. And for a snack to leave a gorgeous sunset over the Baltic - because in the evening vacationers here no less than in the afternoon - couples in love, families with children, age tourists or lonely travelers.

You can get to The Varnemunde Beach from Hamburg International Airport in a rental car. Travel time will be 2 hours 30 minutes, distance - 216 km. Renting a car in Germany will cost less when making early online bookings on the website of one of the rental brokers.
