The Iskra Historical Museum in Kazanlyk is one of the oldest and richest regional museums in Bulgaria. It was built in 1901. The city of Kazanlik regularly hosts international folklore festivals, "Miracle World celebrations", holidays in the "Valley of the Thracian Kings."
