So, for example, the clock and the bell were installed here much later, already at the time when the tower lost its defensive purpose.
Among other interesting sights of the Dutch capital, one can note the Church of St. Nicholas, the Secret Church "in the Attic", the ancient temple of the Oudekerk, the Wollon Church, the Zuiderkerk.
