Vyborg is an old suburb of St. Petersburg, which can amaze anyone with an abundance of its historical, architectural and cultural monuments.

Vyborg webcams, which you can watch online on this site, will allow you to plunge into the indescribable atmosphere of its streets.

Vyborg has a unique medieval castle, Finnish and Swedish historical buildings and even its own Hermitage. The institution was opened here as a branch of the museum of the same name in St. Petersburg. The expositions of the Vyborg Hermitage are located in an old building dating back to the first half of the last century. Initially, the building was intended to house the Museum of Fine Arts. It was built by the outstanding local architect Uno Ulberg.
Until the beginning of World War II, the gallery housed an exhibition of Finnish and European artists, sculptors, and craftsmen. After the end of the Soviet-Finnish war, the storage items were moved to other cities in Finland.
Today the premises have become a "home" for temporary exhibitions from the funds of the Winter Palace. The exposition is updated 1-2 times a year.

Among the oldest buildings in Vyborg, whose webcams can be viewed in real time, it is worth noting the Burger's Estate.

It was built in the 16th-17th centuries at the intersection of Progonnaya and Vodnaya Zastava streets. The estate includes several buildings that have been well preserved to this day. For example, today you can see a large three-story mansion, as well as an outbuilding for carriages. It is noteworthy that the real owner of this house remained unknown. However, judging by the luxury and scale of this place, the dwelling belonged to a wealthy burgher (city dweller) - a merchant or an owner of a handicraft shop.
Today, within the walls of the Burger's Estate, there is a tourist center, as well as a small museum exposition and a restaurant. The special atmosphere of antiquity will allow you to fully enjoy your meal and get a pleasant impression from visiting this place.

For those who are not yet planning a trip to St. Petersburg and its suburban areas, Vyborg webcams will allow you to spend an unforgettable journey along the ancient streets, unique buildings, picturesque parks.
