The device is located at the intersection of Pionerskaya and Neftchilar streets and covers not only the temple itself, but also the landscaped area adjacent to it. The cathedral has three altars consecrated in honor of the Resurrection of Christ, the “Feodorovskaya” Icon of the Mother of God and the Royal Passion-Bearers.

The city of Usinsk, whose webcams can be viewed online on this site, will provide excellent opportunities for fans of national tourism.

This is a small town located in the Komi Republic, a few dozen kilometers from the Arctic Circle. The settlement owes its name to the Usa River, which flows nearby. And the foundation and development of Usinsk is inextricably linked with the oil industry. Although the first people settled on these lands many centuries ago.
At the Usy basin, archaeologists have discovered sites of ancient people that date back to the Stone Age. And, although the area is considered harsh and difficult to access, those who appreciated the richness of the local rivers and forests settled here. Since ancient times, the Nenets lived here, who were attracted by the excellent conditions for reindeer grazing. Later, the Komi joined them.

The indigenous inhabitants of Usinsk were engaged in fishing, breeding of fur-bearing animals, reindeer herding, cattle breeding and even growing vegetables.

And in the 18th century, the village of Ust-Usa was formed on the site of modern Usinsk. Later, other small villages began to appear one after another nearby, which in the second half of the 20th century were united into a single settlement.
The appearance of Usinsk is due to the discovery and further development of oil and natural gas deposits in this area. The first oil well appeared here in 1960. And the adjacent village was inhabited by employees of production facilities and members of the oil exploration expedition.

The construction of the workers' settlement became the All-Union shock construction site, which attracted young people from all over the vast country. And Usinsk acquired the status of a city in the 80s of the last century.

Today, over 70% of oil and 60% of gas from the total volume received by the Komi Republic is produced on the territory of Usinsk. It was Usinsk that became the birthplace of such industrial giants as Lukoil, Rosneft, and Transneft-North. But along with production facilities, this town boasts interesting sights.
The center of Orthodoxy in Usinsk is the Church of the Resurrection of Christ. It was erected already in our century and shocks the parishioners with its splendor and rich decoration. The faience iconostasis became the main decoration of the interior of the temple. This material perfectly tolerates temperature extremes and other vagaries of nature characteristic of the region.
Other attractions in Usinsk include a mosque, a memorial to the Defenders of the Fatherland, the Vortas Museum and Exhibition Complex, etc. Some of these objects can be seen if Usinsk webcams are viewed online.
