The construction of the Palace and Park ensemble lasted from the eighteenth to the beginning of the XX century. The Central place in this ensemble is the Lower Park with lots of fountains. Unique is that the Palace complex is near the sea, surrounded on all sides of the Palace there are parks ,galleries, and fountains, really a masterpiece.
During the Patriotic war the Palace and Park ensemble was damaged, even the Central part of the Palace was blown up, fountains damaged, but thanks to the restoration work of architects, which is still underway – the Palace restored to its former beauty.
