The image of a medieval city perfectly preserved to this day in many Gothic facades of mansions and villas, palaces and churches. Comfort, tranquility and beauty reign in this, as if descended from the paintings and landscape. Among the popular tourist attractions of Novigrad, it should be noted, primarily, religious buildings. The parish Church of SV. Pelagia and the SV. Maxim was built in the years of the creation of the Novigrad diocese. About this parish Church is a bell tower with a crowning pyramid, on top of which, in 1913, was erected a wooden statue of the patron Saint of the town – SV. Pelagia. At the old city cemetery is the Church of SV. Agata, built in the Romanesque style, with the interior complemented by Baroque statues and pictorial images of SV. Agatha. In the suburb of Novigrad has survived to our era one of the few surviving rural churches – Church of SV. Anton. Among other architectural monuments of Novigrad, today you can see the defensive walls built round the city in the THIRTEENTH century. In addition to the architectural attractions of the city, which is highly attractive to guests pristine beaches with gently sloping gravel beach and clear crystal water. One of popular entertainment on the beach is the yacht sport and fishing.
