The ski resort is unparalleled. State-of-the-art chairlifts, ski lifts and conveyor belts take athletes to 34 tracks in the region. No other German ski resort has as many chairlifts or removable chairlifts as Winterberg Skiliftkarussell. Some lifts are equipped with landing systems on the conveyor belt, but they do not have seat heaters or weather-free safety devices (which would be nice on some days because of the Atlantic climate). In the central area between Remmezviz and Bremberg, you can ski all day without using a lift every time.
