The Kaaba is a Muslim Shrine in the form of a cubical building in the courtyard of al-Masjid al-Haram in

Kaaba in Arabic is the symbolic name "al-Beyt al-Haram", which means "sacred house". The word "Kaaba" is the Russian language equivalent of the word "cube" that, in fact, seen from its form. In the centre of the city is the Masjid al-Haram (Protected, Great) the most important and largest mosque in the world, in the inner courtyard which houses the main Shrine called the Kaaba. By the beginning of 2011 in the city built the world's largest complex of towers Abraj al-Bait towers, the Royal tower, which is the second high building in the world and has the largest clock in the world.
