There is a small park around the old buildings. The central building has two tiers and is crowned with a tower with a spire. Single-tier outbuildings rise on the sides of the main building. During the Soviet era, many social facilities were located on the territory of the dacha. The committee of the Komsomol was based here, then the educational building of the local technical school, a rest home, a kindergarten. Due to active but careless exploitation, the old building is completely dilapidated. And the wonderful garden adjoining it was abandoned. Several fires brought final destruction to the complex.
The restoration of the mansion took place already in our century. After the restoration, it was decided to arrange a museum here, the expositions of which clearly represent the spirit of that time. A stroll through this place is recommended for every guest of the city.
