Marble quarry. It is an abandoned amphitheater, which is located near the settlement of Iskitim. Once upon a time, a unique breed of marble was mined here, which had as many as 25 color options. Raw materials were used for the construction and decoration of significant objects. So, for example, it was from this marble that facing slabs were made for the Oktyabrskaya and Krasny Prospekt metro stations. But on the eve of the 21st century, the development of deposits was stopped due to deep cracks and the risk of collapses.

Be that as it may, the marble quarry with giant steps a meter high is an interesting location for photo shoots. Here you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of big cities and enjoy a walk among the places where, sometimes it seems, you can find a portal to a parallel world.

The next position is occupied by the Bugotaksky hills. The location is considered a natural monument. It is located 80 km from the regional center and is represented by several low hills that hang over endless fields and copses. This place is interesting because on the south side the hills are completely deserted. And on their northern slopes a dense forest grows. In the winter season, the slopes of the Bugotaksky hills are chosen by the locals, who love sledding or skiing here. And from the top of the hills, a stunning panorama of the surroundings opens up.

The third position is occupied by the unique Seraphim Church, which was built of wood without the use of nails. Local residents say that the temple is the only fully preserved example of wooden temple architecture of the pre-revolutionary era in these places.

The church acquires special splendor in the winter months. When the earth is covered with a thick snow-white layer, the red roofs and contrasting dark walls of the building look very elegant. The temple is located in the village of Turnaevo, 160 km from the regional center.
