The web camera is directed towards the city's health clinic and dental center. Both of these medical facilities are built on Dimitra Petkova Street, named after a Bulgarian statesman of the late 19th century. Unsurprisingly, between the two buildings, which provide medical care, passes the street of Dr. Ivan Penakov. It is accessible to the city's major transport artery, Dobrudzha Boulevard.
Dobrich is the administrative center of the region and a fairly large city in the north-east of Bulgaria. Dobrich is located in the southern part of the historical and geographical district of Dobruja. The area is a large part of the plateau stretching over Romania and Bulgaria and is larger than some small countries (Slovenia, Kosovo or Montenegro). From above Dobrudzha is limited to the Danube, and the lower boundary passes at the level of Albena. The word "Dobruja" is found in the name of almost everything produced in Dobrich or the region: there will be a product, some kind or type of product with this name.
It is currently Bulgaria's ninth largest city and has a population of about 85,000 people. The small river Dobrichka, also called "Dry", which is indicative, divides the city into two parts.
Many are attracted by the location of the city: close to other cities in the region and a little more than 30 kilometers to the Black Sea. So to Varna about 50 kilometers, to Balchik - 35 kilometers, and to Silistra - 90 kilometers.
