In addition to the gallery of the world-famous marine painter IK Aivazovsky, there are many more amazing institutions in Feodosia, the collections of which are of great cultural, historical, archaeological value.
The museum of the famous writer and cultural figure Alexander Grin is located in Feodosia. The expositions of the institution are kept in the house where the writer lived from 1924 to 1929. Alexander Green is known for his works "Running on the Waves", "Jesse and Morgana", and, of course, "Scarlet Sails", which entered the world classics. The halls of the museum are furnished in a nautical style, in the spirit of the most famous works of the writer. They are echoed by a magnificent panel, which is a relief image of an old ship, as well as huge anchors placed at the main entrance. Part of the collection is represented by the personal belongings of the figure. There is even a truly reconstructed study in which Alexander Grin created his outstanding works.

The presented collections tell about a short period of life that the sisters spent in Feodosia. A separate collection is dedicated to the years of Marina Tsvetaeva's stay in Koktebel, where she met her future husband. The collection will be interesting to everyone who is fond of poetry.
Recommended for visiting is the museum of Vera Mukhina - the creator of outstanding sculptures. It was here that Vera's family once lived. Although only the front wall remained of the old house, it was inscribed in the façade of the later building. In the halls of the museum there are exhibits from which you can learn about the creative path of the sculptor, her studies abroad. There are several finished works, as well as sketches and drawings, which were an obligatory stage in the creation of works.
Among the modern cultural and educational institutions, it is worth noting the Museum of Money. Its halls display a huge collection of coins, paper banknotes, which circulated throughout the city and the entire peninsula, starting from the ancient period. Some of the images are originals. Others are accurate cues. In total, the museum contains about 30 thousand storage units. It is noteworthy that it is here that the largest collection of antique money of Feodosia is kept.
