These are old mansions and fountains. The object of cultural heritage is the dacha "Milos", located on the embankment of the Paratroopers. The complex has incorporated features of ancient and classical architecture. Its facade is decorated with columns and sculptures, and graceful marble fountains are installed in the courtyard. The real decoration of the building is a small round pavilion, inside which there is a statue of Venus de Milo. It was this ancient goddess who gave her name to this architectural monument. Today, within the walls of the Milos dacha there is one of the buildings of the Voskhod sanatorium.Another similar building is located next to the Milos cottage. It appeared on the territory of the city at the beginning of the last century and belonged to one of the representatives of the influential dynasty, Solomon Samuilovich Crimea. The complex includes two buildings. One was intended for the residence of family members. The second is for guests. The buildings were built in a pseudo-Moorish style. The luxurious facade is decorated with decorative carvings and extensive stucco moldings.

In addition to his rich artistic heritage and genius talent, the master became famous for his charitable deeds. It was he who bought the lands where the sources of drinking water were found and at his own expense built a fountain on them, from where it was possible to draw water completely free of charge. An elegant small architectural structure was erected around the technical structures, which is a copy of the fountain in Constantinople. The Aivazovsky fountain was opened at the end of the 19th century and has oriental features that even Ivan Konstantinovich admired. Today the object harmoniously fits into the landscape of the adjoining old park.Much earlier, the Armenian fountain was erected, which rises not far from the Armenian Church of Saints Archangel Michael and Gabriel near the famous Mount Mithridates. According to some versions, the object was built in the XIV-XV centuries by representatives of the Armenian diaspora in Ferlrsmm. But the exact date of construction could not be established.
