Live webcam broadcasts a live broadcast from 11 Shevchenko Street, a view of the Khabarovsk cliff. The cliff is one of the main attractions and symbols of Khabarovsk. More than 70 years ago, the military watched the border and Amur from here, and now ordinary Khabarovsk residents look here at the embankment through the lens of a camera, tourists scurry in flocks and swear to each other in eternal love newlyweds
The cliff went a long way from the rescue station to the cafe, and in 2015 turned into a museum and cultural complex: instead of bare bricks, a chic living room, a photo studio and a romantic dating tower appeared inside.
Habinfo.ru correspondents went to the museum, sat in the governor's armchairs, looked inside an old camera, listened to records from a century ago and are ready to tell readers why they should visit the Amursky Utes museum and cultural complex.
The doors of the building are closed most of the time, but getting into it is easy: there is a regular excursion schedule in Amurskiy Utyos, most of the time the museum works at the request of visitors at a convenient day and time.
History of the Khabarovsk Utes
- One of the symbols of Khabarovsk, a cliff, was built in 1943.
- At first, there was a military observation post over the border and the river. After the war, the water rescue society and various circles were located here. In the 80s, a cafe of the same name was opened on the cliff, and now the building houses a new building of the Grodekov Regional Museum.
- It is believed that it was in this place that the 13th line battalion headed by Yakov Dyachenko landed. But since the ledge of the cliff is very high, and the current is strong, historians doubt this and believe that they landed a little lower, in the area of the river station.
- The Amur cliff, located in the historical part of the city, has been restored and reconstructed more than once in order to maintain it in good condition. After the restoration, the former Utes cafe turned into a museum complex.
