The Museum of the World ocean — Russia's first comprehensive ocean Museum in Kaliningrad. It has exhibitions devoted to navigation, marine flora and fauna, Geology and hydrology of the oceans, as well as library and environmental station. The Museum of the World ocean created the country's only Quay of historical fleet of the Wharf where moored: the world's largest research vessel-Museum "Vityaz" (1994), the country's only submarine Museum of the 641-year project afloat "B-413" (2000), the world's only ship of space communication "Cosmonaut Viktor Patsaev", with Museum exhibitions (2001), the country's only fishing vessel-Museum "SRT-129" (2009). Embankment of the historic fleet was stretched to St. Petersburg, where moored the world's oldest icebreaker "Krasin", which is a branch of the Museum (2004). On ships presents the history of research and development of the World ocean.
