Those who want to get a closer look at the life of the local population should visit the Bophut Fishing Village. A huge number of Asian shops and catering establishments are concentrated here. A large shopping complex is adjoined by a narrow beach, which expands and becomes lighter as it moves away from the market.
Hunters for authentic views should also visit the Hua Thanon anchorage, where fishing boats are moored to the shore, and lush palm trees surround the almost deserted beach. There is a beautiful Muslim mosque near this place.
