The City Of Rivneis a relatively small regional centre, changed over its history, many faces and roles. The heart of the city Exactly is outside the Cathedral, crossing the three main city square – Independence, Theatre and Education. Outside the Cathedral there are many shops, cultural and entertainment facilities and places for leisure and recreation, as well as a large variety of different companies and enterprises. On the area of Education is the building of the regional state administration. In Independence square, the city held events, rallies and festivals as well as concerts.
