The idea was supported, and then it was decided to expand it to a museum complex, which contains about 4 thousand exhibits. The building itself and its objects are made of stone, granite, marble. It has the form of a semi-arc located on three pylons. On the facade there are bronze figures-years, and between them there are high reliefs. Under them are cast the names of more than 2 thousand metallurgists who died during the war.
