Park project "the beacon" became the winner of all-Russian competition of objects of a comfortable urban environment of small towns and historic settlements, resulting in Magadan received a presidential grant in the amount of 100 million rubles. Then the decision of the Federal authorities, the project was included in the program of a "single subsidy". Only the implementation of the project has provided more than 185 million rubles, it was built in nine months. Today it is one of the largest landscaping projects in the city.
