The ski resort of Yasna, the most famous resort of Low Tatr, is by all accounts the best ski resort in all of Eastern Europe. The resort is located in the Low Tatras mountain range, which is part of napANT National Park. The Low Tatras massif stretches through central Slovakia for 82 km. east-west, between the picturesque valleys of the Waha and Gron rivers. The highest peak is Dumber, 2043 m., the second highest peak is the famous ski and tourist mountain Hopok, 2024 m.

The resort offers 49 km. excellently prepared pistes of different levels of difficulty for all categories of skiers - beginners, parents with children, continuing and for world-class competitions. The modern snow system is almost 30 km long. provides a guarantee of snow for at least 5 months of the year. Fans of "wild" skating will enjoy it in many areas of freeride and in the magnificent snowpark. In the evening in Yasna ride on two illuminated tracks. The winter resort of Yasna belongs to the class of international tourist centers of the first category. Only numerous tourists live here, who are happy to come on ski tours to Yasna from December to the end of March, and places in hotels are booked in advance. The main hotels are 20-300m from the lifts. Cottages and boarding houses are located below the skiing area. From them, the lifts can be reached by bus in 15-20 minutes. There are 13 lifts on the premises, with a total capacity of 11,800 people per hour, including two four-seater and two double chairlifts, one cabin cable car, seven lifts and one children's.
