Krasnogorsk Russiabegan to develop in the early nineteenth century, survived the Patriotic and the second world war. Located in the Moscow region the city is the administrative center of the Krasnogorsk district. After the 1917 revolution, all businesses on this meta was nationalized, then there were still small towns. In ' 32, it was decided the construction of the plant, then in the same year put forward the decision on the appointment of the Krasnogorsk district. After the Russian army has given repulse to German invaders during the capture of Moscow, the city was founded the camp, which contained military prisoners under 50 thousand Germans including officers and generals. This number includes prisoners of war from Japan and Romania. In this camp there was a layer of people who acted against the German-fascist views, and fought against the Hitler regime. After the war, the city became more developed, there are factories, different businesses, schools and universities. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the city joined several towns, taking territory in 6635 hectares of land. Since 1996, several development plans of the city, which in 2006 was made, though the terms were focused for 2010.
