In June 2020 on the Black Sea coast of Russia instead of resorts will open sanatoriums

The Krasnodar region said that the resort fee will be temporarily abolished, as well as the work of 140 sanatoriums with a medical license. The specifics of rest in such institutions and the restrictions present will be discussed in this article.

After a long break due to the coronavirus pandemic, health facilities in southern Russia began to open. This was reported by the Kuban authorities. However, with the amendment that from June 1 will earn only sanatoriums with a special license, not resorts. What's the difference?

The administration of the Krasnodar region believes that only institutions with a medical license are able to protect their guests if there is an infection within the sanatorium.

However, access to sanatoriums, as well as from them, will be limited. At the entrance to the region are police posts, where each visitor will check the availability of a ticket. Therefore, those who have decided to relax "savage" or are part of an unorganized tourist group, will not be able to get to the sea. In addition, public places such as beaches are still closed to the public. The issue of guests leaving the facility will be in the area of responsibility of the sanatoriums themselves.

For the next tourist season provided and measures that will not allow holidaymakers to turn off the intended destination. To do this, from the stations and airports will be organized transfer flights directly to sanatoriums.

Those who at the entrance to the territory of the region will not have a sanatorium ticket, will either turn in the opposite direction, or pass to the territory of the province after a 2-week stay in the obsant. These restrictions are aimed at preventing a large influx of tourists, which may cause a new epidemic.

To date, 65 sanatoriums in Sochi, 52 institutions of Anapa and 23 in Gelendzhik have a medical license. In total, institutions in the Krasnodar region are ready to accept up to 180,000 for June. Guests. At the same time, the ability to visit the beaches is still in question. Owners expect a special order from Rospotrebnadzor, hoping that tourists will be allowed to at least walk along the embankment and take sunbathing. Another, as yet unclear point - whether to come to the sea holidaymakers from the most infected regions of the country - the Moscow region and St. Petersburg. Confused potential visitors to Russian sanatoriums and a few questions about who will pay for testing for COVID-19, as well as compensate for material and moral damage in case the institution is forced to suddenly close to quarantine (the authorities have obliged the sanatorium to stop working completely if the virus is detected in at least one holidaymaker).
