Kenya and Montenegro were opened for tourists. What awaits the Russians

Two more countries have included Russia in the list of countries from which you can come on vacation. Now Russian travelers can fly freely to the resorts of Kenya and Montenegro. But whether it will give the Russians a lot - it will be discussed in the article.

Last Wednesday, August 5, the Kenyan leadership officially "gave the go-ahead" to cross the borders of the state to citizens from Russia. Forced two-week self-isolation removed. You can obtain a visa to enter Kenya electronically. Cost - 50 U.S. Payment is made by cards of international systems Visa or MasterCard. A copy of the electronic document must be printed and shown to border guards during passport control. You can also get a visa at the airport after landing. Payment is made in cash.

In addition to the visa, Russian tourists on arrival in Kenya need to present a certificate from the bank on the state of savings (the account should be at least 500 U.S.). You can also show cash. Another necessary document is a certificate on the absence of coronavirus, received no later than 96 hours before arrival. Citizens who do not have such a certificate will have to go on a 14-day quarantine at their own expense, or return to Russia on the next flight.

Also, before departure, each tourist should complete and send an electronic questionnaire to the Ministry of Health of Kenya. The form needs to fill out standard fields:

· The name;

· Contact details

· Address during the holiday stay;

· confirmation of the absence of symptoms of SARS and the like.

The form for filling is presented on the relevant website of the department.

At Kenya airport, every citizen who arrives will be measured and examined for coronavirus symptoms.

So far, there are no direct flights to Russia and Nairobi. But you can get there through Istanbul.

Since August 7, Russians are free to travel to Montenegro. This was reported by the authorities of the republic.

It is still possible to get to Montenegro, as well as to Kenya, only through Istanbul. But, of course, for such travels you need a good supply of time, patience and money.

Now they are developing flights from Moscow to Tivat. The Republican authorities assume that "Black Airlines" will work on August 16, according to the preliminary agreement with Rosaviation.

Russian Aeroflot, which has taken out from the schedule flights to countries with closed air service, reports that the opening date of the in-question destination - no earlier than September 16 (about 1 month before the end of the tourist season 2020).
