Since August 7, Russians are free to travel to Montenegro. This was reported by the authorities of the republic.

It is still possible to get to Montenegro, as well as to Kenya, only through Istanbul. But, of course, for such travels you need a good supply of time, patience and money.

Now they are developing flights from Moscow to Tivat. The Republican authorities assume that "Black Airlines" will work on August 16, according to the preliminary agreement with Rosaviation.
