Complex river station for Tomsk is authoring the 1975 Russian-American architect Gary Berkovich (Dr. Gary Berkovich). Today the complex River station consists of a main three-storey building for passengers, river and serving the services, berthing facilities and a viewing relaxation area South of the building. During the construction of the complex in the 1970s, the Tomsk authorities have refused the construction of the main dominants of the project — high-rise part of the building complex thus in the last decades of the XX century was in the same lines with the surrounding urban development.
In the second decade of the XXI century in the main building on the leasehold premises house commercial service and entertainment businesses: entertainment center "Babylon" hotel "Tom" personnel center "Prestige" real estate Agency "Ark" and other organizations. The letters forming the inscription "River station" removed from the building in the early 2000s From the port to the Wharf on the river are 6 stairs (really only used 1-2). Downstairs from the building in the summer on the water there are two landing stage, to which are moored passenger ships. Basically it is court classes "Moscow" and "dawn", sometimes approaching large Ob boats.
