The main attraction is the Seaside Heights amusement Park Casino Pier located on the pier at the Atlantic ocean. It was opened in 1960, but in 2011, part of the pier collapsed under the influence of hurricane Sandy. As a result, Casino Pier was partially destroyed and for a time stopped their work. In the summer of 2012 was completed the repair activities, and amusement Park re-opened its doors to visitors.
