The web camera online broadcasts the peak of Todorka - one of the most impressive peaks of Mount Pirin. It is the only peak towards the Todorca Range and has a top level rise of 2,746 m above sea level.
An interesting feature of the Todork peak is that it has a very short ridge, which is located three peaks - Small, Large and Middle Todorka. Big Todorka descends north to Bansko and, if you look out of town, the summit has an amazing pyramid shape. It is there, on the Big Todork, located one of the most popular ski slopes, as well as many places for rest, which are regularly visited by the locals of Bansko.
Between The Small and Middle Todorka are lakes Oforini, which are associated with some legends about the peak of Todorka. One of these legends says that Todorka was Vasil's favorite shepherd. They were in love, but unfortunately Todorku was kidnapped by Murat Bay. Vasil was very unhappy because of his girlfriend and cried a lot. His tears formed two lakes, which today we call the eyes of Todorini.
There are many routes to the top of Todorka, as some of them are difficult, but there are also routes of medium or low difficulty, and they are really nice to overcome.
One of the routes that is most preferred, begins with the path to the hut of Demjanica . The route leads to the saddle of Premkat, where it is divided into two parts. One of the tracks continues to the hut, and the other leads to the Todorks. During the transition there are several steep areas, but they are not so terrible, and with a little attention you can easily overcome them.
This route is a little longer (about 4 hours) because before you reach the peak, first you have to go through the other two peaks, but the offset is not so great, so the route is even pleasant.
The easiest access to the top of Todorka is through the todorin gate (on the south side of the Todorino Ridge), as the summit can be reached from Shilingariki, and the most experienced climbers can reach the top of Todork from the summit of Vikhren.
