The history of the village
- Written records of the village began to mention the 16th century. At that time, this place was known as a Russian seasonal fishing settlement. Later, whaling and animal husbandry also developed here.
- In 1938, Teriberka became a working village.
- Previously, there were two villages on the coast-old Teriberka, where the first settlements of the Pomors appeared in the XVI century, and young Lodeynoye. In the mid-nineties, they were united into one village: Teriberka became "old Teriberka", and Lodeynoye — "new".
