The resort village of Primorsky was formed as a result of the merger of the village of Dalnie Kamyshi and the working quarter of Yuzhnaya Tochka, which was built for the workers of a shipyard that opened near Feodosia (Crimea). Today the village of Primorskiy is the largest in the Crimea. The permanent number of its inhabitants is about 14 thousand people. But this figure increases significantly during the tourist season.
The popularity of Primorsky was brought by its clean beaches, the possibility of a quiet and budgetary vacation, as well as its proximity to unique attractions.
The main attraction of the village is Lake Ajigol. The water in it is salty, and the bottom is covered with healing mud, which, in terms of its medicinal properties, is comparable to the famous Saki mud. It is worth swimming here for people who have problems with the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular system. It will be useful to just walk along the coast. The air around the estuary is saturated with useful salts and other microelements that have a beneficial effect on the respiratory system.
The center of attraction for tourists is the embankment of Primorsky
It runs along the coastline of sandy beaches, which, in turn, stretch for 10 km from Feodosia. The closer to the center of the urban district, the cleaner the water in the sea. On the embankment itself there is a large number of cafes and bars, discos and shops. There is also a large supermarket in the village, a market and a regional bank office.
In general, Primorskoye has a well-developed tourist infrastructure and entertainment. The beaches are equipped with changing cabins, summer showers and toilets. The services of renting sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as water transport - hydro scooters, catamarans are provided. Guests of the village are offered a ride on bananas, tablets, boats.
It is important to bear in mind that most of the tourist infrastructure in Primorskoye will start operating in June. In September, the village is noticeably empty and most of the establishments are closed. However, if you get bored, you can always go on an excursion to Feodosia. The unique art gallery of I.K. Aivazovsky, the museums of Aeronautics, the Green and Tsvetaevs, the remains of a medieval Genoese fortress, an abundance of temples and modern entertainment facilities.
Among the cultural attractions of Primorsky itself, one can note an Orthodox church and a mosque. There are several interesting natural locations near the village - Cape Chauda and Opuk, where you can enjoy excellent views and privacy.
