Dyurtyuli, whose webcams are available online on this site, is a place where you can relax from the bustle of megacities, immersing yourself in the serene atmosphere of its cozy and clean streets.
The history of Dyurtyuli began back in 1795, when four Russian merchants decided to settle on the picturesque bank of the White River and built four houses for their families. It is with this that such an unusual, for Russian-speaking citizens, name of the city is connected. Indeed, in the Bashkir language, “durt” is translated as “four”, and “өй” as “house”. The constant mention of those very first four houses by the inhabitants of the neighboring Tatar and Bashkir villages formed the basis of the new toponym.
Dyurtyuli is a relatively small town, the central part of which can even be walked.
A picturesque alley stretches through the very heart of the town, along which you can take a walk. The most popular place for a promenade in the warm season is the Dyurtyuli embankment. In the spring, residents and guests of the city love to watch the ice drift to the squirrels from it. In summer, admire the picturesque surroundings.
The real highlight of Dyurtyuli is the abundance of springs. Many of them are landscaped in a very original way. For example, on one of them there is a large figure of a samovar, from the tap of which water flows.
Another similar object is the city fountain with Bashkir girls, which, in the manner of Ufa, adorns one of the city streets. Unlike the capital, in Dyurtyuli the sculptural group is represented by three girls. However, this fountain appeared here much earlier than the Ufa one.
You can look at the fountain in Dyurtyuli on the square in front of the city recreation center. A well-maintained recreational area has been laid out around it. Newlyweds love to come here for a photo session. After all, the registry office is located nearby.
Bakery products are also a real treasure of the city. In particular, the famous Dyurtyulin bagels. They also produce excellent milk here. Local butter is especially popular, which, according to local residents, has an unusual taste.
And in Dyurtyuli there is a meat processing plant, which was the first to start producing halal products from cattle meat.
For those who have not yet been able to visit here in person, it is recommended to watch Dyurtyuli's webcams online.
