The restoration of famous Turkish castle will be completed by the summer of 2019

One of the resort cities of Turkey – Bodrum is known, first and foremost, thanks to the castle of St. Peter, the restoration of which began almost a year ago. At the moment, the city authorities have declared that all work will be completed no later than summer 2019.

The restoration of the castle, according to the expert, goes well enough and the castle is planned to open to visit in the new year. The restoration project began in 2014, but a year ago began an important phase of the action, and the castle was completely closed to the room.

Before the castle began to recover, he was a major tourist attraction of the city – it was visited by more than three hundred thousand tourists in a year. The castle itself was built in the 15-16 century, and is currently a unique facility in East Sredizemnomorskaja architecture. In the construction of the facility was attended by knights from different countries, so all the towers have special names that are associated with someone who is involved in their construction.

Resort city, according to experts, has invested quite a large amount of money in the restoration of the building, however, all attachments must quickly be recouped in the short term due to the high attendance of the castle.
