For the fourth time in a row, the Maldives can become the best Spa destination

The Maldives once again nominated for the title of best Spa destinations in the Indian ocean. As it became known, the voting results will be announced during the ceremony of the 2018 World Spa Awards, which is scheduled for Oct.

It is worth mentioning that the awarding of the international prize of Spa is carried out in 2015. From the beginning, this award was called the World Travel Awards and among travel companies it compares with the movie awards "Oscar".

Now there's a new prize - The Spa, which allows you to define the Canon in one of the areas of service provision. Relaxation and Spa are the main segments of the Maldives and therefore is considered to be the most popular destination for visiting tourists.

More than 10 years ago, on the island state was opened a unique Spa under water. This helped to raise the Spa segment to a new, unattainable up to this level.

For the last three years, in the period from 2015 to 2017, Maldives was recognized as the best Spa destination in the Indian Ocean. In 2016, the island was recognized as the best in the world in this field.

Voting opened may 1 and will last until August 17.
